Pandaria Disc pvp hit for psychic scream?

Hey Guys,

I started to play a disc in MoP. Primarily I want to play PvP. In the forum I could already read that disc 5.4 and should no longer be ideal for PvP. But I ask myself how it is with the hit rating. Due to the passive ability, the hit rating is increased up by 15 % for some holy skills. But what about psychic scream? This is a shadow ability. In the guides I 've seen so far, never said a word about the hit rating for this spell. Should I reach the hit cap ?

It should be.

The talent gives you 15% Spell Hit rating, it doesn't matter if the spell is shadow or holy contrary to what the tooltip says.
Its bugged tooltip on here but on retail when you specced into any healing tree you would instantly get 15% Spell Hit rating (16 if you have a racial for weapons).
