Pandaria Rune of Power

Is it me or is Rune of Power very hard to see? It looks very faded on the ground where as on retail its larger and has a very bright purple glow. Am I missing something here?

It sucks and is buggy. It kinda does feel faint sometimes but if you put two runes out at a time, only the first will work. Only use it if you're going to arcane pVe, otherwise dont use it for anything else.
