What happened to the servers other than DW/Rag/ BR ?

I went back to play retail in 5.4 and now i want to play wowlk again. I used to have a hunter toon on Lordaeron that was decently successful.
What happened to Lordaeron server?
And are there no more 1x experience server for wowlk?

Is my toons deleted or is there a way to get it back?
I am not really interested in playing MOP servers or cata either, don't like cata and i already did MOP in official wow.
