logout and loss item???

I create the same post on support but no answer
I have a problem, I was in the dungeon WoE, to kill the last boss, we noticed the eye are not found to leave the dungeon, and the mage create a portal to stormwind, we take that, i logout and enter again to no take any rollback from server, and I see my skills bar are not my spells to heal, I see my talents and then I see my character and I find do not have equipped my shield and various parts of armor, then I see my bag and disappeared also other items of my set dps, and also do not see the skills of my talent bar on my spellbook.

this has happened around the 3:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M Server Time. 1May

i create a ticket for help and 2 gm reply me, Five days later and not get any answer and I lost difficult item to get, including Gurthalak Voice of the Deeps heroic and 2 parts of tier 13 legs and chest dps set, i have screenshoot of my talents, spellbooks. and all my items

Haha **** this must be the best attempt to tryna get a hold of those heroics. Man ive seen stuff like ''I want my points back, i clicked purchase and it removed my points'' or some stuff but THIS is top.
