US EST playtimes. PuGs? PvP?

Hey all. I play late nights US EST times and I'm mainly interested in doing pugs and pvp. Are these actives at this time? I'm new to Cata - Are there opportunities for world pvp on this server? If so, where is stuff poppin' off?! Thanks.

i'd say the server has a pretty worldwide population and i play at very random hours, i always see pugs going on and battlegrounds being won by either side at either time so i'd say you're good to go
