all i want to do is play pvp but man some people are just bad and am an ally right now and was wondering which fraction right now best for pvp in frostwolf mop.

just wanna play with people that play pvp a little more better

If you are alliance the only other option is horde, but maybe you should try to find some good pvp guild and then make premades with them.

ok i dont want to spend money to transfer to the horde unless it is worth it but you do have a point so like is there any way i can see the ranking of guilds or players to see
