What server (and expansion, of course) is the best for a person who loves raids?

Warmane doesn't offer any TBC realms unfortunately.
With that said, we have 2 LK realms, and 1 Cataclysm realm that have raids.

LK has more working content in terms of raids, in that not only are end-game raids open, but so are the older raids from TBC and Vanilla. If you wish to experience TBC raids again, you can make a twink (a character that stops levelling at level 70) and play with other twinks to experience TBC content again.

The cataclysm realm does not have any of the older raids working, with only end-game raids available (Bastion of Twilight, Blackwing Descent, Dragon Soul, etc.)

The two Wrath of the Lich King realms are Ragnaros and Deathwing. Both are almost the same, with Ragnaros having a slightly larger population. Ragnaros also has an EXCELLENT twinking community but I'm not too sure about Deathwing.
