Is the MoP servers ever gonna get instant 90 again?

Me and my friend is really searching for a good private server witch provides 5.4.8 or something, PvP is main focus, nothing else than Arena tbh. Just like Warmane is now. But can't seem to find anyone, and none of use can be bothered to level from 1-90.. That will take days, and we are only playing for fun.

So if anyone know if the MoP servers from Warmane are gonna allow instant 90 anytime soon, or know of any other private servers witch actually has that, I would be very glad to get some feedback.

Maybe it's just me but it seems instant 90 is useless as you get no items and enough money for all flying training. I'm still slowly farming gears on my main except contender set. Haven't touched my instant 90 for awhile.
