What xpac +realm is best for 70 twinking (arena)

What xpac + realm has the most activity for 70 twinking?

Anyone here out there who knows, so I know on what server to set-up.

I think most people will say Lich King, so I'm gonna go with MoP, as I enjoyed that the most.. No op tinkers like in Cata/wrath :)

I did not mean that, Im not asking which 70 twinking you enjoyed the most, Im asking for the most ACTIVITY currently.
In other words, on what realm are the most 70 twinks playing arena.

WOTLK-Ragnaros has the most active 70 community. From what I know arenas aren't active as of yet but there's enough twinks on both sides for atleast a dozen teams so you only need to promote it and make it popular.
