Well because it would drain players from DW and Rag. Imagine, for example, they realase Lord and ppl start playin there instead on DW and Rag, some ppl who may twink start twinking there instead DW and Rag where twink community already exist and need to grow, not to lose players. Talking about 70-79, its just an example that might not be true, but chances are big. If some ppl are so crazy about x1 rates go play on some other server, it would be better, low population and it wont do any "dmg" to other realms on Warmane.

Deathwing was and is crap, don't kid yourself.

But we all know a Lordaeron realm right now would fail. Things aren't what they were back in 2011. We need to move on I guess.

Just think about it,people wont start a 79 twink on a x1 realm,because you need to be braindead to do that,you will need months to level and gear a 79 before its ready for pvp,and by the time you do that,you will realise you are the only one doing it,and right now wotlk realms arent doing so great,we lost almost 1/3 of our population,and we are still losing it because there is no publicity or advertisement outthere,if they want to launch a pure blizzlike server they should ban that gear from coins/points shop, and those Boe mounts/pets.
