At the minute there are only two-four guilds farming Madness Heroic legit and they are gearing/carrying alts and new raiders to build a strong group to raid 25 HC weekly.

My point was they're the only guilds farming it and they have a loot assigned to people already. The rest are till progressing or starting to get into the farm so they will still want time to 'meld' as a raid group so they don't really want a part-timer/deadweight to add to that. Many pugs kill Yor and Ultra on Heroic, just keep an eye out for it, sometimes they kill Morch Hc too.
Really should of made a flask-whore rank for me when I was there O.O
