Low Level Toons and BoAs

So here's the thing.

I haven't logged on in a while and I just heard about the death of Sargeras. Saddened though I am I went about the daunting task if transferring my toons across.

Thing is, I have 2 characters in Sargeras that are below lvl 20 that I cannot transfer. I would not care, except those are the characters that are equipped with my BoAs.

Is it possible to get them or these items across?

I would advise leveling the toons over 20. It doesn't take that long, so it should be a breeze.
