Cast defence stance 1h+shield bugg

Hello, i have really anoying bug, when im using my macro :
/cast Defensive Stance
/equip Bloodvenom Blade
/equip Wall of Terror

My character is taking off shield and i have only 1h equiped, i tried many different macros, nothing worked, its been broked few days ago, i was just playing and sudenly this happens, i dont know what to do actually, does anybody had bugg like this? i Tried google it but no results.

/cast Defensive Stance
/equipslot 16 Bloodvenom Blade
/equipslot 17 Wall of Terror

Ok solved my problem, it was Outifter fault. Deleter thread

No need for that
/Equip *insert 1h name*
/Equip *shield name*
works fine
