Head Item disappeared

hi there, straight to the point: my head item just disappeared - dont know exactly when or how it happend but as i started to play today i had it, i checked wehre i can switch gems so i can remeber to have it... a few moments ago i "dicovered" that it was gone... dont know how, i sold some items to den vebdor but i never ever would have sold this. i did not even took it off or something.
i got it for coins from the marketplace - dont know where to go with that problem :(

Log out and log on again them it will back on the slot. That's happened to me 3 times in last 2 weeks.
