healing stream totem is almost like having tranquility every 30 sec :D, and its range is from america to india :D, earthliving is 2nd on ******edly op list, and combine that with horridon trinket which doesnt let u drop from 100% mana as long as u have 5 ppl sitting in your healing rain :D makes shamans beeing able to solo heal full tot atm
