get rid of the players who spout hate speech and poor sportsmanship

I don't know where else to put this but ya'll need to monitor the trade channel. There is so much hate speech and poor sportsmanship on that channel and in the battle grounds its unreal. Players are hating on each other based on nationality and in the battle ground low leveled armored players are being told to leave. this is a game. not politics and bashing gay people is unacceptable. You are about to lose a lot of players because they don't want to come in to play only to be bashed or bombarded with negative crap.

If you see someone breaking rules you have to report it. GMs don't have time to monitor all chat channels on all realms.

Racism/Discriminatory Behavior: Avoid at all costs, insulting someone's country, culture, lifestyle or skincolor. Even if you are just "joking" it isn't allowed. Slangs such as the n-word aren't allowed either, even in Guild chat. Don't blame guildies for reporting you. It's wrong and you should know that.
