Bought 2 heirlooms by mistake
So i bought a heirloom for my monk character. I bought Stained Shadowcraft Tunic. I went to the mailbox of course to get it but it was not there. I then waited for about 20 min and still nothing arrived. Then i thought some technical problems occured when i was on the marketplace, so i went to the website and ordered another one. 50 min later still nothing. Now i was wondering if i could get back the points or something? I would appreciate it alot :)

Also i checked my shop history in the marketplace. It was confirmed that i bought 2 of them...

There is no support for items bought with points. Even if they don't arrive you won't get points back.

You need to wait 3-5 minutes then relog for a Heirloom to arrive in your mailbox.
