Heirloom in the website store

Hi.

I was looking through the points-store, and saw that on the heirloom items it said "binds when picked up". Does this mean that you only can have them on the character you buy them to, or are the items still account-bound?

No, it's just like that for every item, if it's a heirloom you can mail it across ur chars.
