How do I level up my weapon skills at 80?

Hi I recently leveled my character up to level 80 on Deathwing in exchange for 15 coins, now that my character is at level 80 how do I level up my two handed sword skill? I have tried attacking many different mobs but I always miss or get now experience for it. What weapons should I use and which mobs should I grind?

You must kill mobs maximum 5 levels below you or a training dummy.
