    Problem With Character Restoration

    So I played on this server for forever, since bloodthirsty was the starting gear. I must say this is honestly one of the best PvP servers out there. I didn't have a pc for awhile and now my characters were deleted. I am nearing almost 500 points and I tried to do a character restore, and whenever I do it says I need to be offline. So I exited out of the game and I still keep getting the error message. Is it broken? I really loved that charecter, I had so much transmog. Please, any help would be appreciated.

    Everyone lost their characters and started over.
    Character Restoration would only work for characters manually deleted from within the account and for 30 days after deletion.
