System -> Graphics issue . Please help!

I have to reset my graphic settings every new login in the game.
My prefered settings are : windowed full screen.
- Display : -> Graphics -> windowed full screen.
- Graphics : -> good , than apply at the end to save the settings.

When i quit the game, i have to reset everything new. All settings are lost.

How to fix this?
Please help

-go to: Wow folder >WTF folder >Config.wtf >right click on it >Properties
-uncheck "read only"
