problems with my other account

not so long ago i voted over my phone out of my house and since then it says on the site "Your account has been terminated due to Honor exploit"
i have wrote few tickets and the GM keept redirecting me to make a ticket for "ban appeal" and the problem is that i can not send the ticket when i select it because i need to select a ban for wich i appeal and there is nothing to select since i'm not baned...

Sounds like you got IP that is banned. But that doesn't explain why it would only be on a specific account. Could it be that it's on a specific internet connection not a specific account? Like only with mobile internet?

i had that same problem on this account and it goth removed after some time...and i'm still able to log in game on both accounts...could be that the IP i loged over my phone was baned...
