Im new to the server and was wandering if the dungeon finder works for all levels?
If yes, what is the average queueing time?

If you are new to the server, then go on Frostwolf .. Because Sargeras is getting shut down soon.

works for all levels, but not many people quee for lower levels.

This is not entirely true. There are people that queue after forming a party only to be stone walled by a "Paused" notification. Correct me if I'm wrong ( no, seriously, correct me ) but queueing with a group at low levels, especially when it is not a full group, often incurs this bug.

I hereby recommended to the community to queue solo with the RDF tool while you are below 90. This always works for me. Spread the word.
