    Cannot recover my old account.

    I tried recovering the password. I remember my username but its giving me an error: "The information provided does not match any accounts." is my account deleted?

    To recover your account you now need to contact a gm.
    Ofcourse when doing so you do need to know / have acces to the accounts details.
