After i logged in yesterday i saw that i lost about 15k hp from my max hp (permament) and checked the bugtracker and saw that several players got the same problem - but all the reports got dismissed (with all kind of explanations)
Now my question - is the lower hp intentional or really a bug?

Initially, I thought there was a problem as well (Had 570k hp before and now 555k). However, after doing some math and checking retail posts during MoP, I realized our current HP is the fixed version.
This is the math:
As a blood elf (so no racial Stamina bonus) without Blood Presence and mining, I have 149,721 Base HP with no gear on. When I equip everything (full grievous), I get a total of 23,353 Stamina. According to http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/1306939-MoP-Stamina-Conversion,
.The first 20 points of STA are worth 1 HP each, after which they convert at a rate of 1:14
Therefore, the formula becomes:
(Base HP) - (Base Stamina Attribute HP) + ((amount of stamina points - 20) * 14) + 20 = Total Health Pool
By using my character as an example, this becomes:
149,721 - 3,058(or 237 Stamina) = 146,663 hpMy Base Stamina Attribute is 237 (which equals 3,058 HP).
Naked HP is 149,721.
My total Stamina with full grievous (2 pve gear) is 23,353 (this includes the Base Stamina Attribute)

Therefore, 146,663 + 326,682 = 473,345
473,345 (in Unholy Presence)

In Blood Presence, it would be 23,353 * .25 = 5,838.25
5838 * 14 = 81,735.5 HP
473,345 + 81,735.5 = 555,080 HP

Long story short, Stamina conversion to HP is correct and Mëth is Fun.
