Succubus quest still horriby bugged after almost half a decade?

Nothing is more frustrating than the lock pet quest. When they are bugged it annoys me to no end. For the life of me i can not find the succubus quest (i am undead) i am level 34 the guy who is supposed to give me the quest skips over it and gives me the felhunter quest instead.


I've been searching online and ASKING different people for hours with no success.

PLEASE tell me where to get this quest so i can move on with my life.

The post doesn't mention any bugs regarding the orc chain so i believe it's just me. I can't start the chain from gan'rul for some reason.
