Sent item to the wrong character.

Any possible help here? I bought a Magnificent flying Carpet with points and accidentally send it to my Rogue (Skardsen) who doesn't have tailoring and cannot use it. I intended to send it to my Mage (Frostedheats) who I plan on developing tailoring with. Is there any way it can be moved to a different character or am I stuck?
