Race Changer

Hey,
I want to change my race (Example: Blood elf To Orc) But! i saw this "Character's race changed to the chosen race",
Can you tell me what is mean?
Its Automaticly Choose the Race or i choose the the race?
Because i dont it to choose Automaticly i want to choose it.

If someone can tell if he/she changed it before and can tell me if He/She Choosed the Race or the Store changed it Randomaly to the "Chosen" Race.
