I do wonder tho,what sort of wicked abuses did they consider when they conjured up the amazing idea of disabling something that should have never been disabled to begin with.
It's really hard for them to update the vendor cuz it takes more than 20 people to add the currency exchange on the vendor.

I second this. The reasons that led to this NPC being disabled are not valid anymore, I see no reason at all why it shouldn't be reactivated, it would encourage people to queue for dungeons more often.
