Double time in every aspect of the PvP
ofc Second wind
Staggering shout vs meele/Disrupting shout vs casters
Bladestorm for BG ( i prefer dragon roar for bg)/Shockwave for Arena
Safeguard in bg/Safeguard in arena vs classes that have roots/big burst
Avatar/bloodbath in bg /in arena stormbolt.

the first and 4th tier are personal preferrences the 2nd is secondwind hands down, 3rd tier piercing howl for bgs or distrupting shout could be useful sometimes it's a must in arenas as you can see u'll find a healer or a caster in 90% of the arena matchs, 4th tier; Shockwave against double melee dps otherwise take bladestorm, 5th MSR in bgs and most of the arenas take Safeguard agaist non-druid comps you can also consider Vigilance against heavy burst teams like hunter/rogue or ret/enh, last tier i'd say, if u took bladestorm u must take Stormbolt otherwise go with bloodbath.
