PVP Question under lvl 90

PVP regarding battlegrounds
Is lvl 70 pvp BG active in frost (lots of twinks etc.)
Or you can que at lvl 70 and w8 for ages for a BG?
PVP arena can you do that to?

of u want 70 pvp join a BC server. MoP was never meant to be balanced for twinks. But i do see people 70-74 BG/PvP (not a whole lot). Better off getting 90 and get stomped but Warrs/Locks with their pocket rshammies.
