That's wrong. HP maximum is 4000 right but VP maximum is 3000 and CP doesn't have any maximum at all. Also JP maximum is 4000 too.

CP actually has a weekly cap of 2200. That means you are not allowed to make more that 2200 every week.

My CP, maxes at 1800/2200 only 1800 I pvp in bg's not arenas. I have paged a gm several times about my cp max weekly issue
I only max at 1800. I was told bg's cap CP's at 1800 arenas its 2200 bs if u ask me. 2200 is 2200 then why is mine still maxing at 1800 cant raise it higher till weekly reset

what? everyone has a cap of 1800 for random bgs ... then you have to do arenas/rated bgs to make it to the 2200 weekly cap ...it's not a bug

It's so easy...
Justice Points & Honor Points have a cap of 4,000. After that you've to spent to earn more. Also it cannot be increased.
For Conquest Points it's also easy. EVERYONE starts at the bottom wich is a cap of 2,200 this is split among Random BG's, Arena & Rated Battle Grounds wich all have their own cap (These caps are: 2200 for rated bg's and 1800 for both arena and battle grounds) too earn the full cap of 2200 it means you've to do either rated bg's or (what most people do) do both bg's & Arena's. Now you can increase the cap of total conquest points AND the cap of rated bg's & arena's by earning a higher rating.
For Valor Points it's another story. There is a weekly cap of 1,000 and a maximum of 3,000. You cannot change this in any way as far as I know.

Wow... It seems that lot of ppl do not understand how CP cap works. Let me try to explain:
Starting point for everybody is 2200 a week, and u can get ether 1800 in Arena than remaining 400 in BG or vice versa - 1800 in BG, 400 in Arena.
As u increase arena rating, you also increase arena cap. I think cap starts to increase around 1.6k rating. Now, don't remember exactly, but once your arena rating is somewhere around 1.8/1.9k, u can get full 2200 CP just by playing arena, no need to do BGs at all.
If u go even higher in rating, your weekly cap can go over 2200 all the way up to a 5000, all from arena.
In theory, same can be done with RBG, but that's almost dead on Warmane.Edited: June 20, 2015
