Pandaria Frost DK Str vs PvP Power?

Hello my fellow dk's,

I just want to know which one is better pvp power or str.
because today i saw a dk on bg with stacks of str on his sockets and in the end he does top dmg and kills.
Why;s that?

PvP Power is useless.

Strength in every socket, except Gloves and Belt if you want you can throw in PvP Power/Hit raiting gems.

Point for Point, Strength/Attack Power scales better then PvP Power, actually PvP is even worse than every secondary stat, you'd be better off being hard Expertise capped than take PvP power gems.
