How long does it normally take for it to download at least 1%? because i've benn waiting for 30 minutes, and still nothing.

refresh or close the page and open it again, usually in this way you see the % progression

Hey, tried the backup thing. I've got characters on FW and maybe/probably elsewhere that I hadn't logged into for at least 8 months when I started the backup. About 24 hours later and it's still at 99% (I did notice it take a bit to get there, checking on its progress by refreshing).

usually to see the % progress you need to refresh the page or close and open it again
