MoP Download Client for Windows doesn´t work

the downloadbutton for the mop client dont work :(

Do you have any application capable of managing magnet links installed? (i.e uTorrent)

When you click the download button you should get a warning that looks like this:

Just click on Launch Application and your Torrent program will start the download.

Mine also doesnt allow me to but i dont get that pop up or warning? Avast, Chrome and utorrent being used and installed but nothing happens.
