Molten-wow Acc recovery, is it possible?

Good day,

I've recently tried to log-in to my old Molten-wow acc. When it didn't work I tried to create a new one using the same email address that I've had on the old acc. However, that address is ''already in use.'' I guess the acc probably got stuck somewhere in the system. Please, if it won't bother you, help me out with this. If you need more information, PM me.
