Loremaster title requires 2843 [3423 - 580 / to account for only WotLK zones] quests for the alliance and 2705 [3260 - 555 / to account for only WotLK zones] for the horde, making a total of 5548 [6683 - 1135 / to account for only WotLK zones] potentially tested quests. In comparison,
Private Status lists a total of 8779 quests for WotLK 3.3.5a, which would make these quests around
63.2% of all available quests.
It would be nice to have an insider answer before continuing the speculation: are
OP percentages based on relative (e.g., XX% of all tested zone quests) or absolute (e.g., XX% of all available zone quests) measurements? Thanks!
