    any1 have problem whit dk, that whit 11% hit and 8% expertise still getting parried, is it some bug or wtf

    Try standing behind the boss as a dps. Mob's parry chance has been fixed AFAIK (14% for bosses), getting parried from the front is intended. As a tank you'll just have to deal with it.
