Technical High Home Latency

Hello,

first of all, i don't experience any issues on Neltharion, only on Warsong.

On Warsong my Home Latency is around 4k-5k and I really need long to connect to the server and load the character list.
When im finally in the game, I have a 5 seconds delay and Npc's/Players are loading very slow. I get kicked after ~10 mins in the game and im not able to play at all.

Maybe someone can help me? My World Latency is normal, only my Home latency is high and only on Warsong. I don't have any issues connecting on Neltharion.

I downloaded a new client and made a new account but nothing works, I experience the same issues.
