Pandaria Rogue dmg in the opener

Use trinket when the rogue uses shadowblades and you shouldn't die to him.
Rouge is only capable of oneshotting while blades are active. It's not the 100k Evisc that kill you, it's the combination of 100% ARP Autohits+poison procs and the evisc dmg combined.

Shadowblade Mainhand hits for around 23k critical, the off-hand around 10k critical, the poison for around 10k critical. It adds up alot if you consider the amount of time that you are stunned.
I'm not exactly sure about their damage here, but on the old MoP-AT Realm I was able to get around 110k Ambushes and 120 Evisc max in 540 Gear.

Edit: You could get around 160k evisc, 130k Ambush and 22k autohits (non-shadowblades) back on retail if you had tricks, the right profession perks, enchants and trinkets up, but the stars had to align for that.
The only time where you would get that situation would be the first opener in the game, so don't hesitate to use some defensives on their first opener, since the ICDs of trinkets and procs probably won't proc all together again.
