How hardcore?

Hey guys,
After seeing a few forum posts, I've seen quite a few things lel. Many players are saying things like: "Buff all the mobs by 10930%!!!! Give us 1 HP!!!!! 0,1 XP RATESS!! HARDCORE YEAHHH". It isn't going to be like this, is it? If there aren't normal mobs, xp rates etc I don't think I'll play there..

I hope that there won't be too much custom stuff, just some tweaks here and there to make the game more interesting. It's supposed to be a WotLK server afterall, not freaking Vanilla on patch 3.3.5... right? ;c Blizzlike and stuff?
