problem with guild bank

Greetings!
As a guild master of a new guild I have faced a problem with withdrawing gold from guild bank, sometimes I can withdraw but most of the time the option is disabled. any suggestions why is it so?
P.S im new to guild mmaking and so on...

Make sure addons like bagnon are disabled. That should fix most issues. I know specifically some guild master bank management cannot be done with addons like that one enabled.
