    Account Suspension

    Hello,


    My account got suspended but i cant make a ban appeal since it is not banned. What can it be done to reduce or dismiss the suspension time.

    If you got banned by Sentinel you can't appeal it.

    I see. Does that mean my account is permanently banned ? or is this a measure of punishment which is temporary?

    If it was permanent it would state your account had been terminated in our webpage. You see a duration instead when it's temporary.
