Technical Open File Security

Every time i start up the Wow.exe, I got from downloading the torrent from the site File Security pops up.
Ok that's not a problem... but In-game my audio (+some other) settings reset, and every time i have to go through Accepting "End User License Agreement's" and i have to enter login information every damn time (remember me = useless).
It's like the game forgets that it is not my first time starting it.

How can i fix this.
Preferably without turning off File Security.

Remove read-only property from WTF\Config.wtf , otherwise it cannot write the new configuration when the client closes.
