help for a ban

Hi again,
i got a ban yesterday for exploit 1 Day for mount abuse
today the day is banned but i m suspended and i must wait other 22 hours where is the problem with me?
i m very disappointed cause i didn t get any support just a gm told me what was my fault.

If I remember correctly, it had to do something with the server time you were given a ban (I could be wrong). It's only 22 hours, might be more worthwhile just to relax, go outside, and come back tomorrow :)

sorry if i ask but if i banned for 1 day why i must be suspended for 2? i can relax also playing not only going outside i worked yesterday today and will work tomorrow,i did an error ok i payed 1 day ban ok why now other 22 hours?

The duration shown is rounded down, I believe. If you have 1 day, 23 hours, 59 minutes it will show just as "1 day."
You probably earned a two days ban from the beginning and saw it as just one because of the above.
