Amulet of the Silent Eulogy + Ring of Rapid Ascent
or
Blood Queen's Crimson Choker + Valanar's Other Signet Ring

And i saw shadow priests with choker+memory of malygos.
tell me which are the bis items

AKA 10% hit needed or ~263. Use Ring of Rapid Ascent and Choker. **** what everyone says/does. Use Icewalker enchant on your boots and use SP+Hit gems until you're at 269 hit.
