Shouldnt there be some kind of security that saves the current serverstate at a servercrash that prevents items from being rolebacked?

oh whatever, i just waited 4 weeks to get the item only to loose it 10 seconds later due to a crash. maybe its a sign that i should finally quit the game.

Unfortunately we can't prevent the potential loss of items. Sorry if this has inconvenienced you, perhaps some system could be implemented but I don't think our devs have the time
There is no way to relog 10 second after i got the loot inside the instance except ALTF4
