You should still be able to restore your account, but not your old characters. All old character data was lost in the moltdown. You may find some nice perks still when restoring your old account though, but it is unclear which perks are still available. Right away after moltdown previous players would get a number of free max levelups with gold, a number of free professions, all your old donated coins back plus bonus coins, some bonus points, and some other perks like goodie bag. It would be nice if someone would clarify which of these perks are still available to returning players because I've been asked that by people.
