I will buy my bis weapon for my blood tank and i don't know what to choose people keep suggesting this but i don't wanna waste my coins for something that maybe wrong please help .

http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=50730 is the best choice. Since bosses started to parry and you are attacking from the front, you want as much expertise as you can get without sacrificing defensives or mitigation. Nothing hurts more than a parried Death Strike.

Actually, Cryptmaker is a really good alternative, with the hit freeing up stats on other gear pieces. Alternatively you could go for Oathbinder, but it would be slightly sub-optimal as DK's have a very low agi to dodge/crit conversion rate, the extra armor would still be handy though.... Of course if you're going to spend those kind of coins you should just go for glorenzelg / cryptmaker.
