Wolf. It provides a buff for you (Furious Howl), and as MM, you are the main source of damage

Wolves have always been the pet of choice for MM hunters in WotLK. On top of that, here on Warmane there's an inadvertent feature (read: bug) of Furious Howl that makes wolves virtually mandatory for any spec of Hunter - Furious Howl buffs the entire party. It's not uncommon that people will expect you to have a wolf because of that.

Nope, they're all the same. Pick whichever you like wolf model you like best :D.

If you really want to make the raid successful, always suggest raid leader to put 1 hunter for each group to make the most of Furious Howl.

If Wolves bore you, you might also wanna consider Raptors (armor reduction) and Wasps (arm pen buff; useless if you have boomkin).
